Originally from Canberra, Josh moved to Sydney to complete a Bachelors of Exercise Science, followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Gavin graduated from the University of Sydney in 1992. After progression through the APA sports training program he attained the qualification of APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist in 2001.

Sarah completed her bachelor of physiotherapy degree at the University of Canberra. Sarah has played field hockey and baseball in Canberra since a young age, competing at an elite level in both.

Caitlin has been working as a remedial massage therapist after achieving her diploma from CIT. During her studies she spent time working with the ACT Giants Netball team, Brumbies Womens team and working in disability services.
